Funny how time flies though I can only pray for it to fly even quicker next year, as we see our soldier off to war. God has a great sense of humor dosen't he? I feel like we are always being "picked" out of a line-up to do the most courageous things for our King. I am reminded of Daniel in the Lions Den, The battle of Jericho, David and Goliath. These are all awesome truths that God gives us to remember Who's in Charge. I try to never forget except.... When it's my life! I love my husband, I love his zest and ablilities to always put himself out there to be used by Christ. He's ALWAYS doing and going! Personally and secretly I am terrified not that I have never been scared before there have been many instances where I have shuttered at the thoughts of our lives on the line, but as Toby Mac says "this time its for real" Changing this one is impossible, this is one road I cannot un-pave, wipe away, not travel, this road WILL have to be taken. Our source of strength will be the one and only God, his fountain will be my nourishment daily.<br />I have to TRUST, as the years have gone by trust has been an issue, there have been medical problems, job loss, moving arounds, emergencies, deaths, I can go on and on... Last year when the love of my life was off training for this year I had almost five months of dealing with those Trust issues. I learned alot, I cried alot, I feared alot, I worried tons, but I do know that trust only became stronger as the days ran on. Trust is Key! God has to remain my shield, I have placed in his hands the very being of my soldier, and I trust that he will bring him home.<br />More later this mama is always a busy bee! buzzzzzzzzzzzzzing off to work, with love and hugs!<br />Trust in the LORD with all your heart; and lean not on your own understanding.
